Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Booking & Slot Reservation

At Divya Makeover & Salon, we block our dates, artist timings, and preparation exclusively for you upon receipt of an advance booking deposit. Once a slot is confirmed for your wedding, engagement, or event, we turn down all other customer inquiries for that specific date and time slot.

2. Non-Refundable Policy Clarification

• No Cash or Online Refunds: Under no conditions will advance booking fees be refunded, including event cancellation, change of venue, date postponement, family emergencies, or personal changes of mind.
• No Partial Refunds: If the client decides to reduce the number of services or attendees on the day of the event, the pre-agreed total quote remains payable.
• Same-Day Cancellations: Any no-shows or same-day cancellations will result in immediate forfeiture of the total advance paid.

3. Slot Rescheduling Guidelines

Clients must notify us at least 10 to 14 days in advance prior to the booked event date to request date rescheduling, subject entirely to artist availability on the new requested date.
