1. General Appointment Booking
By booking an appointment or receiving services from Divya Makeover & Salon, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. We request all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled slots.
2. Advance Booking & Non-Refundable Fee
A non-refundable token advance is mandatory to secure dates for bridal, engagement, and party makeovers. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Skin Sensitivities & Allergies
Clients are responsible for informing our makeup artists in advance regarding any skin allergies, active dermatological treatments, or eye sensitivities. While we use genuine cosmetics (MAC, Huda Beauty, Kryolan), patch tests are recommended.
